With sites based in challenging rural locations through NSW and Tasmania, network access was a real problem that was restricting business activities for Webster Ltd.
Following a redesign of the IT infrastructure and recruitment of a networking resource, a solution focused heavily on cloud services, using mixed telecommunications carriers and SD-WAN was implemented.
As a result Webster now has fast, reliable connections at each of its locations and has quickly taken to cloud based services. Last count 15 business and IT systems were running solely as cloud services, this includes their SAP Business One ERP system.
After being called into assist with a vendor negotiation on an automation project that was looking at a $2 Million licencing cost, I was able to achieve a $1.5 million discount on the purchase by negotiating a site license and licence inclusions.

Worked as part of the project management team on a series of SAP projects which relaunched the SAP Business One implementation.
Through these projects we consolidated 10 separate, highly customised SAP B1 databases, 4 MYOB databases, implemented a consistent company wide chart of accounts and migrated to a cloud hosted environment.
